Australian Company Moves Production to China

Michael, a successful entrepreneur in Australia, designed a solution that would prevent back injuries common in the construction industry. Michael came up with the solution after he kept seeing the number of cases relating to a specific injury going up within the construction industry. After careful research and observation, he narrowed down the problem to a particular piece of equipment. Michael then worked on developing an alternative piece of equipment that would prevent these injuries.

However, Michael was a little disturbed after hearing about how other entrepreneurs like him had a hard time trying to manufacture or sell their products in China. Adding to his woes was the fact that there were several “experts on China” offering their advice, which, of course, only confused him more.

Fortunately, Michael got in touch with AXCEN and signed up for our China Business Strategy Training Program. With the training he gained, Michael was able to communicate effectively with a trusted factory in China about producing the equipment designed by him. AXCEN’s CEO, Yan Grieve even accompanied Michael to China in order to conduct an inspection of the factory.

Currently, Michael has started production with this reputable Chinese factory. In his feedback, he has stated that he found the entire process to be straight forward and transparent. He also considered AXCEN’s move of carrying out the inspection to be thoughtful and thanked Yan’s guidance.
