Inspection of early fruit set is very important for judging crop sizes for the season, region by region. This helps ensure Kaole knows what volumes of fruit will be available, where it will be sourced and when it will be in premium condition to ship. Kaole stays in contact with farmers throughout the year to manage logistics and bring the best product to the customer at the premium buying times.
